Cones are available in Yellow rubber of federal orange polyvinyl in 18" or 28" sizes and sold in sets of 5. Sign tops are rubber and recommended for 28' rubber cones only. All lettering is in black.  Wording is only available on poly vinyl cones, not rubber.
